The only year 2g that came with a eprom is a 95.
You can find them for 200-250. You can get 100-150 for your ecu, maybe more on ebay.

Shit man. This fucking car is a money sink. Do you think my car could be misfiring as result of needing a tune up or a timing adjustment? It's running at 12 degrees timing right now but Jerry said that's the way the car likes it.

what plugs are in the car and how long have they been in there? it might be a good idea to get some factory plugs or BPR7ES. get some factory plug wires while your at it. it wouldnt hurt.

Could be alot of things.

Find out what your CEL is.

Pocketlogger is a decent alternative to DSMlink. http://www.digitaltuning.com

Find it used and save yourself some money. I doubt either would correctly fix your problem, though.

Noting can compare to the dsmlink. I would highly suggest this to anyone with a DSM. It’s easy to use and has one of the best customer support ive every seen.

Yeah, I really do like the idea of getting DSM link. It'll be a bitch to get ahold of ecu/sell mine. I just don't think I have the funds to pay cost of EPROM plus shipping and DSM Link plus shipping. I'll see what I can get a hold of though. I'm gonna go see what code the CEL is throwing and I'll change the plugs/reset the ecu and get back to you.

If anybody has a nice Eprom for sale please PM.
