Help!!!!

is there anyone in the brandon area that has a torque wrench that reads 16ft lbs that i can barrow to torque down my camshaft bearing caps?

good luck, i had a hard time finding one, most dont go that low. we had to get one that started at 20 and go back 4 clicks.....
