check engine light
Quick question....My check engine light came on its been on for a while now maybe like 2 weeks plus...I took it to autozone finally to see what it was and it said cat converter running on low efficeincy.......What the hell is that supposed to mean???

the car still has a cat on it? i didnt know that. anyways, if its still on the car, with them telling you that they are probably saying its clogged. take it to a muffler shop and have them weld in a test pipe.

me and my CEL are pretty tight.. BCS removed and im also catless. i can shut it off with a logger but it will come back on eventually

thats what i was thinking. i thought that thing didnt have a cat on it. im sure whoever told you was a dumbass and shouldnt be near a car. take it to another autozone or someone with a logger to see whats going on.

speaking of belts I still need to change mine...they make this disgusting ass scrreching noise from hell when i turn the car on from a cold start....or maybe it could be something other than the belts????
