Default 2003 lancer?

a friend of mine asked what he can do for a build up for his 2003, 2.0 non-turbo FWD Lancer. i talked to him about many things he can do depending on his wallet and goals. head work, exhaust, suspension and blah blah blah

maybe you guys would have some ideas.

just go with your typical bolt-ons like you mentioned above. as im sure both you and him know, that car is never going to run a 12 sec trap time, but a couple little mods will pep her up some, have fun

actually i'm pretty sure i can run high 13s in a lancer all motor and no nitrous because I have seen it done, it just seems like it can't be done cuz it's a lancer lol. i know a good setup for a lancer right now that will let you get into the 14s...all you need is a little more.
