Default whoo hoo another problem

ok, so, when i hit about 4-5K rpm, my car wont rev any higher, and my boost continues to rise. this is quite noticeable on the highway and wot. would this be the cause of a nasty exhuast leak; hence the "whistling/chirping" sound i hear when i accelerate for the first few rpms?

sorry if this didnt make sense, i just woke up.

Have you checked for intercooler leaks? Mine used to always leak where my UICP attached to my intercooler. I suggest trying a leak test and seeing from there.
