here I am jumping into the thread late, but 13.7@113. Holy crap! I thought my problems with FWD were bad. What was your 60' time? How much boost are you running? I have to be real honest, I was going to get my car together for the track day and see if you wanted to give it a run, but with that turbo setup, I thought it wouldn't be all that close (meaning...you'd win). But man, we definitely need to line up at the next track day! I think it would be a good race.

for the record, we both suck. Eric was running mid 12s on a small 16g, nittos, & pump gas...if i recall correctly. his 60' times were incredible though. on the street & at the strip.

btw, vijay - I must have missed you out there. I was in disguise though. A DSMer in IS300 camoflauge.

They are mostly all snobby pricks who having nothing to be arrogant about except their own idiocy... for the most part thye are complete tools. Quite pathetic. I prefer hanging with the DSM guys who are actually cool and just like to go fast.
I was with my buddy who knows a bit about Supras and we talked with that guy. My friend started asking him about various components under the hood, like "Oh, what kind of FMIC is that, is that a Greddy unit?" The guy had no clue. He seemed to have just recently purchased the car in its current form without any real knowledge of the car. My friend tried to give him some launching tips but I guess that didn't work out.

LS1Fever-- yeah I was at Jerry's too!

TampaTSI-- damn you were there too??

Damn I'm a bit miffed I didn't get to put a face to a name on many of you. Next time we need name tags.

Jordan-- that doesn't surprise me much.

Alot of the Tampa MKIV guys are cool as hell..I'm just tainted from the MANY douchebag Supra owners I've met over the years though.

Regarding my DSM, someone was going to buy it, and doesn't look like thats happening now. Maybe its a sign? So we'll see how it all unfolds.

great - so we're on for the next track day. I'll be running a red '98 GST w/ 93 octane, street tires, and full street trim (ac/interior/etc). I got dibs on a race with you before you throw on those meaty MH slicks running 8 PSI and start consuming 100 octane.

so, any details on your 60' times and boost levels @ track day 11?

edit: I just remembered my first baby is due on the 4th of July, so we'll see how this whole TR Track day 12 thing works out. If I can make it, then we are definitely on. Otherwise, we may have to set up a more "local" race at anothre time

not a problem sounds good to me as for boost levels I was running 25 psi untuned like I said just finish putting the car back together that day didnt have time to tune it in and as for the 60ft it was horrible no traction 2.68 that really suck I kept letting off so I could hook and nothing finally in third I felt some traction then went w/o and started spinning again when that happen everyone thought the car blew up but it was just the tires spinning again and smoking lol....
