91 eclipse gs-t conversion
ok i bought a 91 eclipse. and my friend has a 91 gs-t that doesnt run. can i take the turbo and ecu and put it on my eclipse? and if so what else do i need to make it work?
your gonna have to buy a bunch of little shit to make it work. a lot of time and money. for a first gen, honestly, it would be better to just sell yours and buy a car that is already turbo. maybe even awd

short answer yes you can
Long answer, But you haev to alot of changes to run even factory boost in your nt. Full turbo internal swap, cams, all the bolt on parts plus some, not worth it.
however instead of just saying no, or that its too hard, im goign to provide you with this link

you can decide for yourself

cams off a turbo gen 1 and N/A gen 1 run the same part number......
Im working on the same project right now..... if you get the gs-t cheap enough it might be worth it. But most of the internals like spyder said will have to go, the heads are the same part number and so are the cams however... But time wise it will take you a long time.... just the wiring harness will take at least 1 full 24 hour day to run it through the car right.
