the 99s can crankwalk, but the chance for them to crankwalk were diminished. 99s from my hearing have been treated correctly and i havent heard anyone crankwalking a 99.

also to add, like almost every crankwalk thread, if you fear it, dont buy a 7 bolt. crankwalk is overrated and happens to maybe 15-20% of 7 bolt cars. in my opinion, crankwalk happens because of not maintaining the motor. if the oil is changed regularly and often, you wont and shouldnt have a problem.

Yeah, from what I've read if you Nitride the crank and disable/change to 1G style oil squirters your chances of crankwalk would be slim to nill.

That GSX looks ok...but for an auto with some bad paint fade it's not worth 5700.

damn you guys are sensitive. I have a 1g and when it comes to looks the 2g wins anyday. You can prevent crankwalk and im sure there are several things you can do to minimize that risk. I wasnt trying to be rude or nothing but my friends 95 talon awd crankwalked twice. but when it comes down to it.....damn its only a fuckin car. You can diss on mine all you want i dont give a fuck. its just a fuckin car.

I don't know of many 4g63 that have reached that many miles without a rebuild or swap. Find out more about the history of the engine. If it hasn't your probably looking at your own rebuild soon.

Other than that....DSM prices are going up so I'm not sure how much you can talk them down. Sexehtopper just got a grip for his fwd.
