I do belive he said UNmodified. That is not stock and has n2o on it.

their is a 2005 evo 8 blue at the dealer by my house brand new but thats a little over 26k. good luck man. try ebay.

BBY (Blue By You) is the colored code of my '03 Evo and is only available in the '03 model year. They changed the blue in '05 to "Electric Blue" which looks more like the Civic Si blue.
