However, from what Julian described earlier in his posts, it's definently pointing to a hack job on Race Related's part. I agree that it takes time to have a job done right and to not rush a job. No doubt, turbo installs are NOT easy, which is even more reason NOT to take shortcuts.

All I'm saying is, you shouldn't tell someone that you'll have their car finished in an unattainable time frame. Always give yourself more time than you think you'll need.

While I don't agree with rushing mechanics myself, I must say that I'd probably be a slight bit irritated if I was told the car would be done at such a time, only for it to be finished past the dead line.

Nonetheless though, mechanics are not near as bad as body shop people (not all body shop people, but many of them). Ugh, those people piss me off, they always say it'll take a week or two at most, and it ends up taking them 2 + fucking months. They always come up with some lame ass excuse. You stop by after a couple of weeks, to see that your car has made no progress in being repaired. Talk about a good way to get someone really pissed.

Hope you guys are able to resolve the situation.

i have to agree with this. i seen the car at the shop the turbo kit is for sure the nicest thing on the car. leaking oil is the last thing i would be crying about. so take your junk to another shop. i have ben arround for a while you will not find a better place to work on your car. your loss there gain
