today i went and got another project...1635/2000 black, need some body work and the motor will be built when its done ... i got the car from n20teg... thanks for a smooth transaction... and gettin it on the trailor... so in about a month there will be another galant around.... and watch out cause both are gonna be fast oh anyone got a 2600 they want to sell cheap?

ive got a galant GSX that i swap a turbo motor into and im about finished swaping out the drive train. these cars are great sleepers. i love mine and i just wish that it was a gvr4

Let me know what the problem was once you strip it down, this was the car I was looking at getting but realised it was too much of a cluster fuck and wasnt worth what he was asking. Hope you got a good deal and best of luck, my ride should be running in about a month so well have to play.

 

well ian.. no rod knock... the motor made 150+ accross the board. i tore into it today literally.. all emissions shit is gone i got rid of all un needed stuff.. also got the head off so brian can do some work on that. i checked the cylinder walls, no scratches... the motor has never seen over 10 psi... still had stock boost selonid. it ran fine before i took it apart its got bad stem seals so having brian fix that and i might do a valve job as well as revised lifters if i can come up with some extra money... the body is not in the best shape but as soon as it runs good the body work will get done. also the body has NO RUST its an all fla car. it should be done in a few weeks as soon as i get a 2600 for it cause it needs a pp and disk then im gonna switch everything from 100 to it... tom, im challangeing my self thats why i got this car so i can have two projects
ill take pics tomorrow if i remember to... i have to get 100 ready for the weekend so my focus is more on that car than 1635... im gonna take my time with this new one cause im in no rush with it.
