I have a 91 auto talon and it has a 14b on it and I want to know how much boost it can handle at the track with race fuel.

 

What mods do you have if any, and what condition is your tranny in?

 

Tranny is fine, it has a filter and a 2.5 inch down pipe with a 2.5 inch cat back exhaust with a boost controler. And a autometer boost gauge, I want to get a 255 fuel pump and bigger injectors.

 

I had a 91 TSi fwd automatic with those same mods.
I ran 16psi with some 110 octain on the stock fuel pump and it went 13.8 full weight.
I am sure i could of played around alittle more with it and done better but it was just a daily driver. I only made three passes with it.

 

most people will max it out around 18, although some will say thy've gotten 20 on it. how long it lasted under 20 is a diff quesiton...

 

that turbo will hit about 25 psi if you let it...

 

I run 21psi daily with an AGP FMIC and all supporting mods. Turbos off a 92 GSX and still in great condition

 

I'm hoping with a fmic and the injectors and fuel pump with some 112 to hit 25 pounds at the track and 15 on the street.

 

25lbs on a 14b is just blowing hot air.
Tune it for 20-21lbs and add in timing.
