They should pay for all of it, at all the shops I have worked for, or been around they pay the full amount, plus a rental car. Where did it happen?

i would make sure to fight that, she wasnt responsible for putting oil back in her car, although it was careless on her part not to notice there being any oil pressure, or the bright red light from no oil. But in most cases, if you stay on them and make a big deal, like talk to the boss of the boss of the boss, you can get better results.

 

But are you looking for another 7bolt, or are you gonna be swapping in a 6bolt?

 

you better make sure you tell her not to pay a single dime out of her pocket. it was their carelessness and it is up to them to fix it. if she spends any money out of her pocket, its telling them its partially her fault. where did this happen? plus, if they fucked up like that, make them buy a brand new factory shortblock.
