change a/c compressor

Default change a/c compressor

first off i need an a/c compressor for a 96 gst spyder if anyone has one...and how hard is it to change it...i know i can do it...i'll probably end up doin it at school seeing how i go to an auto school...but anyone??

Its a total of 7 bolts and one belt, and a plug and theyre not that hard at all, just a little pain in the ass to get too. Check the auto yards, or used auto places, it shouldnt be a problem to find one.

cheapest i've found is like 300 at autozone...but i think i'll go to the junk yard and see if i can find one...

i've heard on the gs-ts you have to take off the brake master cylinder which means i'd have to bleed the brakes...
