Default bad stuttering.......need help

i have a 97 eclipse gst, it has been parked for about 6-8 months because i thought it had bad rings, but it was a combiniation of a bad headgasket and bad 02 sensors, a bad MAF, MDP sensor. well we got it running at it has a bad stutter untill from idle to about 3200 rpm. when im riding between that rpm range the more throttle i give it the more it hesitates. once the turbo spools up it rides out nice and smooth(around 3200) if i keep the car above 3200 rpm it rides fine. heres what done to the car so maybe it can help you guys out...

Heres whats wrong with the car......

i bypass the boost control sensor and just ran the vaccum line from the turbo to the wastegate. (10psi wastegate)

i fixed the front 02 sensor but havent fixed the rear one yet.

one of the tabs that secures the bolt on the throttle position sensor on the throttle body broke and i cant get a bolt back in it, so it only has 1 bolt holding it on.

One of the exhast manifold studs broke off, and it has a slight exhaust leak.

Are these my problems or is it something else?
help me out.....

and the check engine light IS NOT on.

thanxs for all the help.

He said the check engine light IS NOT on. But as far as the bad gas theory, that may be 1 problem. I would honestly check for boost leaks. If the car has sat that long, you may want to clean out the TB.

true but what if the light dosent work? Also did you try restarting your ecu on my gen1 it was hesitating kind of what your saying and i restarted the ecu and it stoped thats just my theroy you should try every thing you can think of before you scratch your head . Annd whats the big deal if you go and put it on the computer it dosent cost anything and you narrow down your chances just like that. Has the gas been in the car for 6 months?

(and yes i do know my typing is terriable so dont bash it)

Is the car "stuttering" as in, you can feel vibrations/shaking, or is it just hesitation. If it's hesitation, I would check into replacing your fuel filter. Hesitation can be derived from a dirty fuel filter. Because the filter is clogged, fuel can't be delivered as efficiently as it should be, thus creating an unequal fuel/air mixture. The CPU then sneses this and pulls timing, thus causing the "hesitation".

I would also look into a boost leak problem, as already mentioned. Make sure your I/C Pipes are tightened down good, BOV is sealed off well, intake pipe, etc. Since the car has been sitting for a long time, the I/C pipes may have detiorated and may have a leak or crack somewhere.

Bad gas is a possibility too, but I doub't it would cause the hesitation in certain RPM ranges.

well it was sitting with a full tank of gas for all that time and i noticed today that someone must have taken the gas cap cause its no longer there, s for boost leaks it has polished greddy upper intercooler pipe and a greddy FMIC with hard pipes and an injen intake. there are nipples on the intake side that are not plugged up, but as for a leak id have to check. it also could be a fuel filter cause i last had it done about 9 moths to a year ago BEFORE it was parked. I also have the computer that they use from autozone to check engine lights and it passes with no codes.

As far as if it stutters or hesitates, id say it hesitates cause it does shake and vibrate but its harsh enough to snap your neck ! i drove it yesterday morning to work and it smoothed out about 15 min after it was already warmed up. then it felt like it was stuttering instead of hesitating. but it only hesitates from idle to 3200 rpm.
