i broke one before also, what i did if there is a lil bit that isnt flush take a small flat head and a little hammer and find a lil grove and try to back it out. Other than that you might have to drill it out.
ps try to catch the corner if you try to back it out and just small taps, it might take a lil but it does work

Not sure where you broke the bolt off at. But i would deffinitely try to get it out with a easy out first. Just drill into the bolt real carefully and you should be able to back the bolt out with the proper size easy out. Just make sure you turn the easyout by hand dont try to use a drill with it.

I broke the same bolt and was able to get it out with an easy-out. I did run the car for a few weeks though with just the outers holding the rail and injectors in without issues.

If it broke well outside the hole, get some vice grips on it coming from the top and just twist it out. If it broke off right past the hole, take a dremel to it and grind a slot for a flathead into it- it has to be far enough out that you aren't going to slot the surface around it. If it's inside the hole, get the proper drill bits and the pound-in (square) extractor- the screw type will crack aluminum, try to avoid using it.
I wouldn't worry about it (unless you notice a problem...like, fuel or air leaking). I've been running without the driver's side fuel rail bolt since I've owned my Talon...never been a problem. Two bolts are sufficient, and it's not a matting surface that you're bolting down...not to mention, there's no flex to the fuel rail either...you're fine as it is.

the only catch with the vice grips on the protruding nub is the fact that its nesteled quite comfortably between the intake plenum and the head... the girth of the Vice grips may not fit or be able to turn in order to unscrew that portion.
IIRC, its a 8mm x 1.5 bolt. im pretty sure you can find the helicoil kits at Discount Auto if worse gets to worst.
you should be able to ease-it-out with an Easy out... just make sure you center punch the broken bolt and put a nice dimple in the top... otherwise, if you try to drill it w/o the dimple, the drill bit will skate around till it finds a low spot, which may or may NOT be directly in the center of the bolt... if you end up drilling off center, there is a good chance that the bolt and the head will be damaged.
like they said, besure to get the Easy out w/ the reverse threads, not the 4-sided/hammer-in Easyout. dont forget your WD-40/PB blaster.
