Just to give you a idea.
I just sold a 1991 Talon TSi automatic with 83k miles on it and a tranny that was rebuilt about a year before i sold it. It also had a tranny cooler installed infront of the radiator.
This car was near mint with a 2.5in turbo back, 2g manifold, 14b turbo, boost controller, and a K&N filter and brand new dunlop tires.
Eveything including a/c worked and i had just put a new head gasket and all new belts on it.
Car went 13.8 on its only trip to the track.
I had it up for sale every where and the best i could get for this near mint talon was $2200.
1st gen DSM`s just dont have any resale anymore and the longer you keep them the more value they loose. Especially automatics as there is almost no market for them.
I have seen ones as nice as mine go for $1500 on the DSM trader so i guess i am lucky i got what i did.
I am sure this is what you were hoping to here but i hope it gives you a idea of what they are worth.
Heres a pic of mine.

I find those resale numbers depressing. I wonder if I could get even 1000 dollars for my car the way it is now. I don't think I'll worry about that, I plan to hang onto it and as long as you hang onto a car, you don't have to face the depressing reality of depreciation.
