Engine swap?
As most of you know mitsubishi doesnt make many of its own motors. I have a 95 talon and im trying to swap the 2.0l dohc to a 2.4ll dohc engine from a 2002 stratus. The block is only missing the intake manifold, and unfortunately the ecm and wiring harness. But the engine in the stratus is basically the same as a neon srt4 just not turbo-charged. I'm just wondering how much of a pain in the ass the swap would be. If anyone has tried it or has any comments I'm all ears...
What do you mean mitsubishi doesnt make many of its own motors? Just becausew they dont make the 420a (thank god)?
As for your question have you tried asking this on any dodge boards seeing as the motor in question is a dodge. You may have beeter luck getting a answer there.
