Check out the hotties on my car!!!***WW***
Well, not really. Although i would have these hot bitches if i could get it running. Ok, maybe not.
I've been having some issues with my car and can't get any of you people to help. So i figured i'd bribe you with some eye candy for the long boring day at work. Hopefully you can find it in your heart to give back to me in the way of some simple help i'm in search of. Below, is the story to my problem, then below that is the reason you clicked this thread. So enjoy and hope to have someone able to help contact me.

Ok this is getting rediculous. Not to bore you with all the troubles i've been having with my 3kgt, but by the grace of god does anyone out there have a spare ecu i could borrow. My last resort is to swap out ecu's to see if it in fact is a burnt out or corrodid(sp?) capacitor in the box.
PLEASE for the love of anything, someone find me an ecu to use for a day.
Edit: I have a 94 DOHC with auto, but an ecu from a manny will work.

Thanks for the offer UnIm. Do you think that would let a none turbo motor to at least crank up and stay running for a moment, even though it may not run perfectly? I don't plan to drive the car anywhere just see if it will crank up and stay running. If it does then i know for sure its the ECU.
Anybody with a bit more knowledge than me on this matter....could you check in and confirm whether this would work or not.
Thanks

TTT.......anybody?

Ok all, here's what i accomplished today. I pulled the ecu from my car. So now i could bring my ecu by and just plug in the harness and see if it will crank up the donor car. Anyone wanna let me test my ecu in their car? It only takes a few minutes.
Someone? Anyone? PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE
If you don't have a 93-96 Mitsubishi 3000gt or a Dodge Stealth, but know someone who does. It would help so much if you would ask them if they would be willing to help me out for a moment.

TTT cause i need help in a real bad way. I know at least one if you Mitsu guys out there knows at least one person with a 3kgt or stealth that could help.
So on and so forth........you get the idea. HELP!
Oh, i'm not sure if all would consider these pics WW material, but i thought i would play it safe just in case someone has a really anal boss. Besides it makes for a more inticing(sp?) thread.

Did you ever check out the caps to see if they were leaking? This is a common problem with my dsm. I think i went through 3 ecu's. Is it throwing any codes? if so which ones? Your car is the n/a? If you spend a day searching you-pull-it junk yards you are bound to find one to switch it out with.
Have you narrowed everything else down so the only possible explination could be the ecu?

I have the ECu apart, but can't tell much from looking at it. No readily apparent signs if corrosion and no fishy(burnt capacitor) smell. So the only way to be sure is to hook it up to someone elses car, or use an ECU that is known to be good in my car.
Until i find an ecu to swap with i can't be sure if its the alarm or the ecu. Not really looking forward to finding out which one it is either. I don't have time to track down an ecu out of a you pull it or any salvage yard for that matter. They are quirky about things like warranties on electronics and no returns. So i refuse to spend god only knows what kind of money on a chance from a salvage yard.
Christ, am i going to have to steal a car to get this figured out?
