Nope, the Star Kit comes with everything. Unless you know a lot about turbo kits, good luck with the manual. The HRC kit has a way more detailed manual, though when I installed my HRC kit it was still a pain in the ass. Go to 2gnt.com and research until your eyes bleed.

On stage 2, supposedly you can run up to 10 PSI without any internal modification. Most people tend not to do that because of a risk. Stage should be good for up to around 250 whp depending on what turbo and how much boost you run. Most people that run stage 2 are usually in the mid to low 14's, but some people have pulled off a high 13 it really up to your driving ability.

Eh yeah, tires are a big factor too.......Im just gonna bolt it in and run on stock internals for awhile, then later build the engine

Don't run anything over 8 PSI to be safe, or if you want don't buy a boost controller until later and just let the wastegate take care of the boost. I think the wastegates in the kits are set at 5 PSI. At 5 PSI it should put you around the 190 whp area.
