Default AMS evoIII

Suposidly on Monday/tuesday it ran a 8.7 1/4mile. That's not the impressive part, the impressive part is suposidly it cut a .90* 60' time.:o

Anyone else have any info on this? I'll have to do some searching.

Looks to be a timing error.

Is this related at all?

Some of you guy's might remember DEVO TUNING's white jdm right hand drive EVO 2 at the DSM shootout last month. If you recall at the time it was running 9.68@147 with a set of Hoosier quick time dot slicks. They were too big for the wheel well and were rubbing all the way down the track to the point of HUGE billowing smoke. Well DEVO TUNING got a set of full slicks on the car that are 1/2" smaller in diameter, and got some more power out of the car as well as some new supention pieces for the rear. The car has pulled two 1.3 60ft's SMOKING the tires, and one 1.2 and a questionable .9!? Many people are discrediting the .9 as a timing error, but as in anything if DEVO TUNING's evo is able to back it up, it will be record breaking insane! Last week on Tuesday night at Great Lakes Dragway in Union Grove, WI. the EVO 2 ran a 8.77@151mph w/o tire spin and a 9.10@152mph with tire spin!
DEVO TUNING's EVO 2 along with an all new EVO 8 (full race set-up, street class) will be at the EVO vs. WRX shootout this weekend in New Jersey. They just got the site up and running, but there's a couple of things on there to check out www.devotuning.com
