Default ok serious problem need solutions fast

ok i was driving home tonight and my car felt kinda weird but i ignored it but down the road from me i came to a stop light i stopped then went when it turned green so i drive and shift to second but when i got about 3500 w/ about 50% throttle all i hear is like fuel cut i slam foward and i see like a huge ass flame out of my exhaust and my car went to 600 rpm then died and completely shut off while i was rolling so i pull over and the car started right up but now once i pass like 3500 it just cuts off like alot of fuel and sputters like crazy , when i got home my manifold was glowing red after only like 15min of regular driving, but lately i think my thermostat is bad cause my temp changes too much so could it just be its running to hott? i think it could be the coil pack and i have no money for a datalogger to see so please help me out

Sounds like the cars is dumping way to much fuel into the cylinders. try barrowing a 91-94 ecu from someone and see what happens. Do you have a stock 1g maf?
Lets see a list of every mod on the car. If its not factory for that car list it.

Don't drive over 3500 rpm if you have to get back and forth to work. Sounds like something is causing a timing issue and you are getting a ton of retardation. If you think that you have a cooling issue, fix that first, its likely your problem. A thremostat is cheap and easy to replace, go from there.

Go somewhere else where someone actually cares about your posts. You have to learn about stuff like this from somewhere, he would be dumb if it was a re-accuring issue, but first time it's just a learning experience.
