It's a company that did work for eagle/mitsubishi in the early 90s on some of their cars. It would be like an SLP for mitsubishi, correct me if I'm wrong.

The big thing is alot of people assume just because a car has a mitsu symble on it it's a dsm when it's not true at all.

 

is the galant vr4 a real dsm? i think it is, i know the gst-gsx is, and i think theres a chrystler or 2 with that motor right?

 

No the galant vr4 is not a real dsm. The galant vr4 is a mitsubishi. If you want to tell if a car is a "real dsm" or not you can look at a plaque on the firewall in the engine compartment that will say dsm on it or not. I'll look for pictures.

 

Dsm is anything 4g6? equipped any year na or turbo.

diamond star motors is the plant that all of the 90-95 (i think those were the years) turbo eclipses and talons were made out of. the na's were not made their so their for they are not dsm's.

its a special factory where most of our cars came from.

 

So like I said earlier it's like the slp of mitsubishi.
