I have a 98 Eclipse GS. I have a NER stage 1 turbo kit on the car right now. The issues I am having are as follows:
60 psi of fuel at idle. It should be at 42 psi with the stock injectors that I have in. It never deviates from 60 psi under WOT or idle. I can rev underload all the way to 4000 RPM and then it's like I'm hitting the rev limiter. I have taken off the the boost pipe cause i thought that I wasn't getting enough fuel and I'd lean out.
You can here the fuel pump running like a normal Walbro 255. I ran a scanner on it and I came up with:
Bad EGR. Well I have had a EGR block off kit on there for 8000 miles.
Bad MAP sensor. I replaced the MAP sensor and still the same thing.
Bad o2 sensor. replaced that. Still the same thing.
I also replaced the fuel filter and replaced the spark plugs They just foul right out with the 60 psi of idle fuel pressure. Now it's coming up on the scanner that there is bad air/fuel monitoring. What the fuck it up with my car?

420a.... ? is that the motor? You have stock injectors on a 420a with a 255? Is that right? You took off your recirculation pipe to lean it out and it still ran like shit? You ran the turbo directly to the TB... I would agree with someone above and say something isn't hooked up somewhere... vac leaks are sneaky... EGR code = BS... MAP = I dunno... o2 = iffy... What kinda MAS do they run on those things anyway? I don't know what to tell you... Id have to fuck with it for a while...
