as you can see there is water on my pistons so my hg was definitly bad.

na ill just get out the steel woll and clean them oh and the water on the pistons came out of the head as i was pulling the head off...

Why? You don't really need arp's. Theres guys out there running 30lbs of boost on t-series/fp turbo's with stock head bolts and composite hg, not even 4layer. Marko says ARP are shit and shep uses a $400 set of head studs, but I forget where they are from, not arp's though.

i cant talk bad about arp i have ran 30psi and overheated a few times and never blew a head gasket with arp studs

32psi, overheated, put new fluid in and then made a 129mph pass no overheating. Stock 125k composite headgasket and stock 125k head bolts never touched. If the guys at magnus say they aren't really needed, I'll take their word for it and I have seen with my own eyes proven time after time stock bolts is fine.

Not to bash you 16ggst but 30psi on a 16g and 32psi on a turbonetics t61 with hks 272/272 cams intake and exhaust is two totally different worlds. Your dealing with alot more stress and air flow not to mention other things.
