hey, we were taking off this bolt and it is barely rounded. any way we can reach them, how do we lower the turbo after we take the four top bolts off of the manifold. thanks-

U might have to wiggle the turbo loose.On the bolt good luck.I say cut it off and try to save the threads in the head.

 

go to sears and get bolt out. it will run $30 for a good set. go see charlie at university mall sears.

Then slighty hit it on the sides with a hammer.Dont pry between the manifold and turbo as u might damage the sealing surface.The dsms originally come with a piece of exhaust that acts as a gasket in between the turbo and manifold.It might be stuck.

 

thanks guys, we got it off, but with this stuff my dad had called nutcracker. worked incredibly well. reccomend it to anyone.
