Possibly.
Check for coolant in oil and/or oil in coolant.
I heard you can take off the Rad. cap (cool engine) and crank the engine, If coolant jumps out, then the HG is blown. I've never tried this, only heard of it.

Looks like blown HG. One thing you can do is put a few drops of oil in the lower cylinders. If this raises your compression considerably..then most likely your problem lies elsewhere
