Lancer OZ mods

Anyone have any advice on what i should start out with on Lancer OZ Rally '03? It is dead stock right now.

Of course, the Lancer OZ is not a popular platform to upgrade in terms of performance. So, the general freeing up of intake and exhaust is a good start.
I know there are turbo'd Lancers out there. I'm not sure about kit availbilty.

Or, you can get a better car to start with in terms of aftermarket performance support.
