Default Car Length?

I was wondering whether the Eclipse hardtop and the Eclipse Spyder were the same length? I haven't been able to find a parked one and pull out the tape measurer and because I'm a n00b and don't know jack about my car except that I'm gonna rice out an automatic then laugh, but be sure to let me get the answer too

They're exactly the same. And what the hell is "Steez"?

Availability? Insurance? I'm sure there's quite a few reasons, not everyone considers "speed" their top priority.

Thanks TBSpyder I thought so. Steez is supposed to be cool or something in car terms. Its when your car is completely riced out.

Because my parents didn't buy me the car, and they aren't paying for my insurance either. I could have bought a '95 GSX for the same price but I really don't feel like paying $4k insurance a year because my age and I don't need a car that breaks down every few weeks because of some new problem.

If I remember right they are different by a little in both length and width. I know that in the owners manual for my 95 it lists the length, width, weight and such towards the end of it (in the specs section I think). Not so sure on the owners manual for the 98. I would check there first.

Actually you have it easier AND cheaper to turbo than the 420a. The 4g64 (your engine) is very similar in many aspects to the 4g63t (gst/gsx engine). Therefore, you could technically pick up all the stock gst turbo components (junkyards or classifieds) and almost bolt them directly up to your engine. There's a whole website actually which takes you through a step by step process and gives you the entire list of parts you'd need. Plus, when all is said and done, you've got yourself a 2.4L turbo.
