rims look sweet. black on black is nice. i can't fully see the lights...what are those?

the lights give my car that black on black on black look. i like them but don't expect everyone else to. thats a bad angle for the lights they do actually look decent. my stock ones were all faded so i went with these to be different. but i also have some power to back up the looks.
