i did my head swap this weekend and my car wont start. it has gass and spark. so i think it has no compresion. is there any way i can find out if i messd up puting it together , if its the head gasket or the head its self?

how much wold some 1 carge me to take the head out and fix it ? ( if its a head gasket or a wire or something?)

Have you compresion tested the car?

 

naw i dont have a tester

 

Then go get one or see if some one you know will let you use theirs.

 

yeah, theyre like 20 bucks at sears. It may be a timing issue.

is the tiing seting the same on a turbo head then a n\t?

ok i did the compresion test 2day and my #1 cylinder has 40lb #2 90lb #3 100lb and #4 45lbs

 

well then you need to pull the head.

 

im putting money on a timing belt done wrong and bent valves!
