Default Vac press & spool time problems

when i first installed my 16g my vac pressure @ idle was 20-22
it was fine, i turned the boost up to 14 psi b/c i was running pretty rich. one day one of my hose clamps slipped off so i had to drive all the way home w/ my car running funny. ever since i hooked it all back i'm my vac @ idle is 16-17 and my spool up is around 4k which is rediculous.

this can all come from a leak somewhere ? possibly my bov screw being backed too far out ? what else can cause this besides a leak ?

most likely still have a leak somewhere. Does the car feel any slower? Could be a leak in the actual line to the boost gauge or maybe a kink in the nylon tubing. Just some ideas

yes the car feels slower, i took my cousin for a ride and i'm like ummm well it was faster the other day. i would spool and throw you in the seat, now it doesn't so much, i even shifted into 2nd hard and only got a slight chirp when i should have lit em up... could i have ran too much boost and fried something ? or would other things be happening ?
