OK... i bought a 7cm Turbine Housing to a *16G* that has been Fully Ported ($100), also ceramic coated with Swaintech 3 layer ceramic coating (white lightning color) ($75), and also the WG passages have been ported as well, housing matched to a 2g o2 housing.

All together I figure a good 16g housing goes for $200 plus all the porting and ceramic coating... which BTW is said on swaintech's website to reduce heat by 50%... so $375 or around there for this thing would be the general amount... i paid $360 shipped....

I bought this item for a GS-T that i am supposed to be purchasing within the next month... but unfortunately i spent all this money and now it ends up i need money to fix something else on my car that I still have right now.... My LOSS is your GAIN... what do you think i could get for it??? like $330 or so??? i'm not looking to get all my $$$ back... just somewhat close to it... THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!!!

 

Brand new 16g's go for $500. You can go plenty fast on a mild amateur ported, non coated small 16g. I think you'll have a hard time selling an exhaust housing for 70% of the value of the turbo itself. Someone might drop $100 on it.

 

It is just an exhaust housing. I can't believe you paid those prices for porting or coating. A carbide bit cost $10, a can of hightemp silcone coating cost $10. A new housing cost $150. so you got $170 worth of housing and I would be surprised if someone would pay that much for it.

$200 obo then... i need this money badly back... i'm pretty firm on that price... i'm already loosing out on $160.... all the work was professionally done.... so i figure it's worth more than the average joe shmoe messing with porting the housing.... anywayz... just looking for $200 now... lemme know!! asap

 

have u put it on tuners and trader yet ? if not, i think you would have alot more luck there.
