Ball Joints Question

Default Ball Joints Question
I took my car to Tires plus to get it alligned today because it was pulling slightly to the right. I know that was my first mistake, but any way they said they could not allign it as the ball joints were bad. I dont know too much about suspension but I need some advice, are they possibly correct and how much can I order new ball joints for?

ball joints are recalled, take it to mitsu and get new ones

To answer the question, yes they could be right. Wore ball joints could cause a car to pull to one side.
