WTF is LWD? Left Wheel Drive? more ricer speak? bah...

Show me some traction and do better then our FWD, and then mabye ill listen. Till then, we're pulling 1.6s - 1.7s on this car.

 

I am not hatin.... I would just love to see someone do some awd burnouts, even though I know that takes alot of power to do the ones extreme does I guess... They were cool to see at Moroso

 

We didn't build a FWD because we had something to prove. We did it because of the Cost, Flexability, Weight Savings, Parasitic Drag Savings and Pure Simplicity. It's just not worth one tenth off of our 60' time to gain 200 lbs + and loose WHP as well as have to deal with the issues of all the extra mechanical parts. We are getting pretty Damn good 60's with the setup we have now and we plan on improving on them drastically with wheelie bars, bigger slicks and an LSD. Not to mention, the more weight you remove, the better your 60's get. I dont see a problem with us seeing low 1.5s on a regular basis with the occasional 1.4 with MINIMAL drivetrain breakage.

Oh, and before you say 1.4s arent possible, remember all the people who said 11s on the 14b werent possible in a FWD.

Another suggestion.... Get an awd shell and make the car a RWD car it will take some work mounting the enging and getting a tranny but it would be cool. Or mabe get a COLT/Mirage
