Default Bov Dump Tube

You know the extension on the stock bov dump tube into stock intake snorkel... I cant fucking cut it. has anybody used somthing to cut it, if so what? The tube blocks so much air flow, so it seems. I want to cut it out in order to open up some airflow.

I took a jig saw to it, and like others it wasn't a clean cut by any means, it was all messed up, but i cut it and got it out of the way, and immidiately the bov sounded different....good luck

Not worried about the sound. Worried about airflow that thing looked like it blocked almos the whole tube of airflow.

I agree. I am not gonna lie to you and tell u i felt increase in HP, because I don't think I did. (i am the kind of person that can't detect even an extra 5 HP). But what did improve that I can tell, was the throttle response. You should be able to feel better response for sure. Let me know how it went...

i dont notice any difference in bov sound or hp increase not sure about throttle response either. After i put the intake pipe back on and took it out i experience the misfire and my car spiking to 23. So that probably took away from me feeling any differnce.
