it could be either, youll have to check the wheel. If its a singular style of blade all the way around, its a 14b. if the Blade pattern alternates 2 different designs, its a 16g

td05h is just the housing itself I think, like stated above check the atual compressor blade.

TD05H is a shell, you can stuff any multitude of wheels in there, you have to know what your looking for to tell what is what, but basically, alex said the best way to tell a 14B, its minors/majors are all the same, other patterns have alternating larger majors/smaller minors

just look at that thing that spin around if it changes color at 2000 rpm then is a 16g

TDO5H is a housing, 14B 16G 17C and I think 18G are all TDO5H housings.
13G from the automatics is a TDO4
its just a type of turbo, Mitsubishi's classification system
