t28 rebuild: HELP!!!

t-28.if the compressor wheel is rubbing on the housing is this still rebuildable?

if thats the place on nebraska i was given a # but it was d/c. do you have a number and what exactly do they do when they REBUILD a turbo?

he will change out what is needed , if the shaft is bad he will know when he starts to vsr balance it.

it prob is the wheel rubs on the housings. it might just be the bearings. i dont know. i just need to get ahold of someone.

well just hope on over to cmr turbos tommorow and let him know what you need and he will tell you what all is wrong , I dont even want to guess what it could be without seeing it and taking it apart.

i will;

new bearings
new seals
new turbine/shaft
new compressor wheel
new compressor housing
full balance.
plus labor...

at least its not a BB turbo where you have to send the show CHRA out and buy a NEW one.
