ouch- now i know why nobody does this- jsut buy a damn gsx- so is this cost mainly associated with parts or is this an estimated cost with labor, etc
(not that it would be realistic to do such a thing but possibly for down the road- when i push over ~230 lol)
any (light on the tech for now) info would be much appreciated
thnx

Buy an AWD shell. Its easier to swap a motor than work on all of the driveline parts.

It is possible. I've heard of a shop that has done a couple GSX Spyder conversions.

Jorge who used to run foreign connection before he retired the shop did a gst to a gsx conversion for a local tampa guy. I think his name was Mark. He had a white gst.

yeah the $3000 was in parts only... do the work yourself or pay probably 20+ hours at a shop's rate, a shop that will even attempt that job. probably looking $1000-1500 in labor.
