i had rainbow put 3" from the cat back but they left like a foot of stock piping where the secong o2 sensor is.. what im tryin to say im goin 3" all the way and what do i need other than the 3" dp and cat. do i need a special cat?? they started the 3" like 7 inches from the o2 so are they just goin to weld my o3 in some 3" pipe they have or do i need another peice for the o2

don't know...but, i had a place put a high flow cat in as well as 2.5" pipe from 02 to the cat, and i threw a CEL. however, they reset the OBD code, and it hasn't come back since.

why go 3" all the way? get a 3" electric cutout after the DP. save some $$$ and have the option of either stock exhaust or big power at the touch of a switch. plus, you can keep your stock cat and rear 02 w/o worrying about CEL

 

If there is a o2 after the cat it will turn on the check eng. light.

 

ya thanx because im tryin to look for a 3 inch cat thats for my car and rainbow is tellin me i need another special flange for this o2 sensor and im like no just make a new hole for the o2 and weld all that shit on.. does anyone know of any other shops that can do this for me?
