check your lines going from boost source to wastegate. You may have a leak somewhere.

come get our spare WG actuator. i konw for a fact this one works. it was on our old 14B that we thought was shot, but it turned out to be a boost signal line w/ a slit in it.

make sure your boost controler is perfect. faulty boost controlers suck. good luck

Do you have a boost controller?
Are the vacuum lines ran like they are from the factory with the boost control solenoid still hooked?

Try taking vacuum from another source and running it directly to the wga.
