Default Suspension Question

I want to drop around $600 into suspension, but no more. I was thinking of getting H&R Race Springs, Tokico blue's, and a front and rear strut bar (not sure which kind to buy). Does anybody have any input on what is good to buy or if that set up is good? I want to make my car handle pretty good but I don't want to buy a dampener because they are too expensive.

Thanks

I'm using a combination of 18" rims w/the H&R. No gap. Plus I'm also using the Tokico HP's. Prior to the H&R I was using Drop Zone coils. Which were a little taller. Neither coil is the perfect solution. The Dropzones were better for lower speeds(<55mph) on local streets. But on the highway a little waviness would cause U to rebound out of your seat. The H&R's R a firmer ride all around.

come on none of you with gst's, gs's, or rs's have any suspension work dont and could input some info? I don't want to spend my money on something that I don't want. Oh and btw I decided not to get the strut bars. I want to use the rest of the money and upgrade my ignition.
