Hard starts in the mourning
Hey, are you running an SAFC or any sort of fuel management? Sounds like a fuel problem, check fuel pressure see if its sits at about 45psi or higher and let us know!
Usually when one of our cars does that it means that your o2 sensor is not heating up or reading right and causing your car to start up super lean which will cause the same problem your describing. It can also be a tuning problem if you have an SAFC, try adding some fuel around 1-2k rpm and see what that gets you!
If you dont have an SAFC, bump your fuel pressure a bit and see if your car smooths out, keep in mind our cars do not like these rapid temperature changes, and it all plays a part in this!

The car dose not run off the o2 for at least a min. or untill it heats up to a preset temp.. Until then it runs off a base map. When I had that problem it turned out to be the injectors leaking down over night. And it would be flooded in the morning, Thats why I had to pump the gas to keep it running in the mornings. Just my .02

my car used to do the same,, i was runnin -5% at idle on my afc, after datalogging, and tuning my short term fuel trims, my setting is now +23% and i can turn the key and never touch the gas pedal, its beautiful, lol.. it sounds like ur car is doing the same.
if you have removed ur honey combs and are still running stock injectors, fuel needs to be bumped up at idle
