Default boost controller ?

i bought a joe p manual boost controller, the directions said to hook up the hose from the wastegate to the side of the bc and the intake hose to the bottom, it also said to increase boost tighten the adj. knob and to decrease boost loosen the adj knob. i hooked it up according to the dir. and it wouldnt hold boost any way i set the knob it would boost way high. i swithched the hoses and put the wastegate to the bottom and the intake to the side and it works perfectly.also with this hookup to increase boost i loosen ths knob and to decrease boost i tighten it.i emailed the joe @ joe p who makes the bc and told him he was pissed and wrote me a nasty email saying hes made over 3000 and his directions arent wrong and some other shit.how is all of your guys' hooked?sorry this is so long but know you know the whole thing.

The bottom hose goes to a "T" in your BOV hose or off of your compressor outlet elbow. The side hose goes to the wastegate. If you have it hooked up a different way, you have it hooked up wrong. You should TIGHTEN TO RAISE the boost and LOOSEN TO LOWER.

I have a Joe P. MBC and it works PERFECT.

you have the T, if you hold it so the knob is pointing straight up the line coming from the bottom goes on the turbo elbow and the line coming out the side goes to the wastegate.
