Does anyone have any ideas of what a next mod should be besides the usual turbo/fmic upgrade? Like the smaller things to get before that....

yea, prothane/energy suspension urethane motor mounts.
you can get a Kaaz if you are up for spending mad loot, or a BM LSD insert. converts your open diff to a spring/clutch-ish LSD. it consits of 2 thick-ass metal plates w/ 4 springs that push them apart, and those plates ride against the internal spider gears of your stock diff. the pressure of the springs and the friction of the metal plate on the spider gears unitizes them and convinces them to spin at the same time. people have had great results w/ the insert.
then you will want injectors and an SAFC if you are fixin to up the boost/airflow. some people are anti-2G mas, but its definitly a worthwhile upgrade, espeically if you can find one for a good price. its easy p cheesy and flows 25% more air than the 1G... even if people HAVE run 11's on the 1G. you COULD get a Blaha mas, but the driveability of the 2G is better i feel. and the tuneability of a 2G mas over a hacked 1G is easier and more predictable.
