Taken from this website here : http://www.myzero.com/gauges/boost.html

There are two main places to tap in a boost gauge:

The 'P' outlet on the throttle body on the intake manifold (easiest)
The Fuel Pressure solenoid (best)
The consensus on Club DSM is that the fuel pressure solenoid gives the most accurate results, and this is where I tap in myself. This FAQ simply shows were the solenoid is and where to tap in.
The fuel pressure control solenoid is located on the drivers side firewall next to the brake fluid reservoir (see illustration). On my '91 GS-T, the hose going to the top of the fuel pressure solenoid has a blue stripe on it (yours may differ). If you trace this line, you will see that it leads to the end of the fuel rail. It is the other vacuum hose attached to the fuel pressure solenoid that we are going to tap. It is a solid black line (below the blue-striped line) and if you trace it, it leads to the center of the intake manifold. On the solenoid end, it is actually already cut and connected together with a plastic joint. I simply removed this joint, put in a plastic 'T' and you have your tap.

Readings (for my specific mods):
At idle: 18 inHg (inches of Mercury)
Decceleration: 24 inHg
Max Boost: 10 psi (pounds per square inch)

To give you a relation: Atmospheric Pressure at sea level=14.7 psi=29.92 inHg

put it on the hose coming from the intake manifold (its the farthest hose on the right coming right off top) and it leads to a little plastic thing on your firewall . it should have another hose coming from the fuel regulator in a hose sleeve also. mine works great there
