Default Need SAFC 2 help

Im trying to get back to school and have a problem with the safc2, my a/f in way too rich and when I try to go to settings mode it flashes "password protected" and wont let me to that part of the menu.
So basically I need to know how to ge into setting mode.
I have tried running the car with the afc harness unplugged and that doesnt change anything.

I also just finished putting my tranny back into my car and was wondering if that could possibly be effecting it?
Any help is appreciated.

do you have the book for the safc? If you don't I have mine, otherwise I would try calling secret services or whoever might have tuned it, if anyone did.

yeah, somehow ur going to need to find the code, it might be 0000, or something dumb like that. Go to the ETC menu at the main menu, and go to the option that says passlock or something like that and start trying to guess easy codes. Put 0000, 1234, and push the jowstick in and hit NX and see if it unlocks the settings. If not, try and figure out how to reset the afc.
