Default funked up

I just got my car off the dyno and tuned today, and put a upper strut brace on my car and the damn thing started fucking up at idle. I don't get it because it didn't do it before. It fixes itself every now and again, but it just doesn't make sense. Help!!

Adjust your BISS screw. Turn it clockwise a half a turn and start the car. if it rasies it, your on the right track
