...who is the guy that walked a 6 bolt?

 

There not bad cars if you take care if them. There just very touchy. I drive my 12sec car all the time. Yeah I have had some problems with it but nothing major. But for a 11yr old car most of it is matnence. The longest i have gone w/out my car was 2 weeks because jerry was out of town and i needed a tranny rebuild. But other than that I have no huge problems w/ it. I love having a 12 sec daily driver. more than 600 mi a week. And all I have to do is keep it mantained.

 

if your thinkin of the same guy as me, he doesn't post locally, but he has walked like 3 motors, 2 7's and 1 6'er, he posts as Tevenor, lives in Rochester, NY, hes pretty cool, bigtime into auto-x'ing his 2g awd, and one of the first i heard of doing the 6 bolt bottom end with the 2g head

Now for the insides...


This is what it looked like... oh, about 2 years ago. this is how it looked when we FIRST got it. We have Base model seats now, Protege Shift knob, Silver guage surround, Gunmetal Dash and console, and an AFC where the center vents are now.


This is what the engine bay USED to look like... oh about 2 years ago... since then, there is a 2G MAS, 2G K&N, 2G Intake pipe, 2.5" UICP, 2G TB elbow, FC3S 550's, Wiring rerouted and hidden, Emissions removed and Relays/solenoids removed and Cruise control removed.. So its alot less cluttered now. We've added stuff that you cant see in the pic now... but you dont need to know all that
