Talking Project Lightweight :D

so heres the deal, i end up with a 90 GS-T for basically free...this is one of the lightest of the DSM's, so i figure now its time to build somethin fun, the idea is to try and get about 300 whp, maybe more if we can get it out of a 16G that will be used on it on stock cams, and get the weight down to 2500 or less, it aint gonna be pretty, spray painting it flat black, but it should be competitive, the mod list is looking like so...550's, fuel pump, 2G mas, 3" downpipe, no cat back, act clutch, safc, supra smic, and upgraded piping, i'd like to see 113-115 mph trap speeds on race gas with this thing....gimme your input

ever play with nitrous? I've never seen a DSM on nitrous, prolly cuz we don't need it, but since you don't care about it... why not?

I've heard of a few running it, mostly people who've maxxed out a particular setup, don't want to outlay the cash needed to move up to the next level, but want a faster 1/4 time. Nitrous becomes the cheapest solution in those limited circumstances.

Two of the big bottles might be nice, though. Finally hit 160 and all that jazz.
